Shipping Policy

All orders ship via USPS from Holt, Michigan.  Orders are delivered within 2-3 business days once shipped.  Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order has been processed and shipped.  

Return Policy

Lansing Wax  provides our customers with a generous return policy for obtaining credit or adjustment on products sold.  All returns or damage claims must be made within 30 days of original purchase. We will arrange to replace, exchange, or issue a refund - it's that easy.  Certain product restrictions apply. Returns and Billing Adjustments may be requested by:
